Overcoming Anger, Part 2 | Ephesians 4 | Pastor Andy Rock

Learning to navigate anger as God intended involves expressing our feelings truthfully for healing and understanding. Silencing emotions allows hurt to intensify, stealing the joy God offers. This is especially crucial when dealing with anger from others. Holding onto anger robs us of compassion and forgiveness, yet embracing forgiveness, akin to Jesus's response, frees us from the need to control through anger. Let's choose open and honest communication, releasing the grip of anger and allowing love to guide our actions.
