The Alpha Film Series is a ten-week journey around conversations that explore life, faith, and spirituality in a non-judgmental, honest and open environment. All are welcome, whether you consider yourself an atheist, a skeptic, or a curious Christ-follower.

What Happens at Alpha?

Each Alpha evening includes three parts:

CONNECT: This is a chance to get acquainted, share a meal, make new friends, and laugh at our host’s amazing jokes.

VIEW FILM: The Alpha Film Series is an introduction to the historic and global Christian faith. Each 25 minute episode looks at a different question about faith and is designed to create conversation. Questions include: Who is Jesus?, Why did Jesus die?, How can I have faith?, How and why should I pray?, How and why should I read the Bible?, Who is the Holy Spirit?, How can I be filled with the Holy Spirit?, How can I resist evil?, Does God heal today?, and What about the church?

DISCUSSION: The entire night builds towards conversation. After the film you will have the opportunity to respond to the issues raised in the film, share your thoughts, and hear from others in your group. You are free to say whatever you like or as little as you like, it's up to you.

ALPHA WEEKEND: The Alpha series also includes a weekend on the Person and work of the Holy Spirit.

COST: Alpha is completely free, and that includes meals.
